  1. 2 cups almond flour
    3 tbsp of a granulated sugar substitute
    1/3 cup melted butter
    1 tsp vanilla

    9-10 inch pan, greased and lined

    Bake 10-14min 300F

    16 oz cream cheese
    1 1/4 cup sugar substitute
    3 eggs at room temp
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Bake 50-60mins 350F (comment says 300F)
    Chill 4hrs

    1 cup berries
    2 tbsp water
    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Medium high heat
    Sieve seeds out
    Chill

    Assemble.
