Ingredients for creamed spinach:
8 oz baby spinach leaves
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbs red onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for sauteed mushrooms:
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1/2 stick butter
2 Tbs avocado oil –
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for chicken:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1 Tbs garlic powder –
1 Tbs Mrs. Dash –
salt and pepper to taste
