🌶 Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 bag slaw mix(divided)
Salt
Pepper
Red pepper flake, I used gochugaru
🧡Sauce :
1/4 cup coconut aminos(or soy sauce)
1 tbsp brown sugar sub
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
3-4 cloves garlic, grated
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
💚Toppings:
Cilantro, chopped
Peanuts, chopped
⭐️ How to:
1. Brown chicken in skillet with seasonings, once cooked through add 2/3 of the cabbage and cook 5-6 minutes.
2. While cooking combine all sauce ingredients and add to skillet—toss to coat.
3. Remove from heat and add remaining cabbage and top with cilantro and peanuts.
