  1. I'd rather make the first recipe with equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise with the dried herbs. I also buy semi fresh herbs at the supermarket in the produce section. They are partially dried but still semi-fresh. I think those semi fresh herbs would be an excellent option to make that first recipe.

  2. I love watching you!! I LOVED this!! I tried one of recipes yesterday and I am so grateful. I discovered that the msg in Ranch dip packets from the store are giving me health problems (swelling in my ankles and eyes) and I was so grateful that you did this video so I could try it. I never even thought of making homemade ranch, so THANK YOU!!!!

  3. I'm pretty sure the dry herbs would catch up overnight, or come really close. It might be worth it to use the dry herbs in the other recipe to improve the texture. I've made dip before with cream cheese substituting for some of the sour cream. There's also Greek yogurt. A decent ranch might even get me to eat celery again.

  4. My daughter-in-law had a birthday party for my son when he turned 40 a few years ago and she put out vegetables and dip. The dip was the most amazing thing I have ever tasted in my life. I asked her how she made it and she said oh it’s so easy. It’s just a package of hidden valley ranch and a container of sour cream. I use this for my husband‘s blue cheese salad dressing I use it for dip. You can use it as a spread on wraps.

  5. I hope you make a life time of battles lol! I tend to watch a lot back to back! I can't help it! You're my fav Youtuber! Wes, hun, you make food desirable and make almost spit my drink on the tv! Hahaha! I love your comical side! I do believe I'm not the only one on here to love the videos you make. I just have to say thank you! (And your honesty is amazing! ♥)

  6. I just made the second one with the dried herbs. It needs to sit for a couple more hours but it’s pretty good. I guess I don’t have to buy dressing anymore. Lol. It’s very good and now I just need to make my own mayonnaise because mayonnaise with real oil is very expensive. Lol. It was pretty easy with the dry herbs. Maybe I’ll grow some herbs in the spring and do fresh
