  1. you can always add an extra egg white and use coconut flour. i think you replace 1 cup of almond flour with 1/4 coconut flour + 1 egg white. the coconut flour "feeds" off of the egg and keeps it from drying out. also if the dough seems way to dry while working, you can add coconut oil to it, not a lot, but just a bit until the desired consistency. it depends on the amount of egg white/size of egg.
