I could never find a keto breakfast that was so energizing and easy to digest. Your overnight oats recipe was a real game changer for how every day starts. Thank you!
Guys I calculated the Macros for the hot oatmeal. Of course it depends on the brand that you use, all of mine is from Red Mill. Following the exact recipe (I added 1 tsp of ghee which is 39 cal and 4g of fat..so if you didn't add ghee then just subtract)
This is based on 4 servings. Calories:174 Carbs:12 Fat:11 Protein:7 Sugar:1.. dont know the fiber amount tho
This is exactly what I talk about in this video:

I am dying for some hot keto cereal that doesn't have flaxseed in it, any ideas???
I don’t understand how there’s nowhere listed for 1 serving. Kind of ridiculous
Please change your description because I almost made 4 servings for 1 person and that would have been a waste lol.
