  1. Wonder if this would work for pistachio muffins. My husband just brought me one from the bakery and though it was a sweet surprise, I hate that I have to eat it because of the sugar and carbs. If I can make them myself, he’ll hopefully stop buying them.🙄 I feel obligated to eat them, but I cut it up and share…so huge!

  2. Hi beautiful people! I tried this recipe, but tweaked the flavor for the second batch, I used banana essence, cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg. Came out perfect! Delicious 😋. The only flop was when I tried the blueberry ones, the only sweetener I had was Canderel and I put like 30+ in the blender , without reading the information at the back which said “1 Canderel =1 teaspoon of sugar”. Mind you I added a lot of blueberries, so it was super moist at the bottom and fell apart! Nonetheless I could recommend this to everybody, give it a try!
