  1. Found your channel recently and have watched quite a few of your videos. This was the first recipe I tried from you and it did not disappoint! I took a grip of walnuts and crushed them in a bag and added them to the batter. Seriously, just as good as regular donuts. I'm going to tell EVERYONE I know 😉

  2. That Wilton donut pan (&1 of the small Wilton springform pans – for individual lava or other cakes) began to peel. Then I got some (larger) silicone donut pans. They stuck unless liberally greased. (I know. All my other silicone products dont stick except the awful egg poaching things which stick even with liberal butter. Finally I bit the bullet & got one from Williams Sonoma. It cost significantly more… but.. It works and has stayed non-stick for a couple of years now. Just a FYI.

  3. Great recipe!
    I followed the recipe and it made the exact amount of batter for my 6-donut tray.
    I baked mine in a countertop oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It wasn't browning yet at 15 minutes.
    I sprayed the top of the donuts with coconut oil cooking spray. It did leave an unpleasant after taste. Maybe i overdid that part. Next time I'll just brush with melted butter before dipping into the keto sugar.

  4. I made these in a muffin pan, and instead of the spritz of coconut spray, I brushed them with coconut oil which worked really well. It's nearly impossible to find keto desserts that aren't loaded with butter or cream cheese, or just simply don't taste good. These come out nice and tender, flavorful, and not gritty like some almond flour recipes. This one's a winner!
