  1. I wonder if you dehydrated them after wards to really get them dry and crackerlike… For the 1st(Keto Connect) and 3rd (headbanger's) one that you tried. And for the seed bread, I would maybe grind most if not all of the 'dough'…maybe even add some almond or coconut flour to get more of a cracker vs. a seed bread thingie.

  2. So I know i'm about a year and a half out from the making of this video, but really, only 1 of these crackers are REALLY going to be low/carb/keto. Most of them, except 1, had a serving size of 1 cracker, and most were around .5 net carbs. I went looking at the cracker I feel most of these try to be like: Cheezit. 27 crackers, 17 net carbs (a minimal amount of fiber per serving) which is… less than 1 net carb.It is a bit better if you're looking at a "traditional" cracker, such as a Ritz, at ~ 2 carbs/ cracker.
