  1. 2 months ago my blood sugars were running over 400…despite taking insulin twice a day…and even eliminating sweets…on Jan 26 I said goodbye to carbs completely and now run in ketosis. I make No allowance for carbohydrates. A few slip in, sure, but basically no carb (20 or less for sure) also do intermittent fasting most of the time limiting my eating between 6 and 10 PM.
    2 months later my blood sugars down to 150 and dropping… I feel better and have more energy than I have had in a very long time and I've also lost close to 15 pounds. I give God the glory for giving me the knowledge and the ability… I understand you deprive yourself of certain foods but the most important thing to me is to take care of this body so this will be a forever thing for me and I don't miss those carbohydrates I've lost the cravings.
