LOW CARB 5 Ingredient BAGELS!!



just wanted to share with you a simple, low carb grain free bagel made with a fat head dough recipe .

Gene and I are doing a candida cleanse. Therefore we cannot have any grains, rice pasta any starchy vegetables of any kind or fruit, so we are becoming very creative with almond flour, coconut flour making all kinds of things so we are not missing out.

Here is the bagel recipe that we are now using for toast and sandwiches. It’s simple and delicious.

Grain free, low carb bagels
1 1/2 cups Almond flour
1Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3oz of cream cheese

Melt together, shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for one minute stir and put in the microwave for one more minute.

Once the cheese is completely melted and kind of like a dough add the rest of the ingredients and make into a ball of dough.
Roll out and shape into bagels. Put everything but the bagel seasoning on if you prefer or sesame seeds, garlic whatever you prefer bake at 4:25 for 12 to 15 minutes when golden brown they are finished. 


4 ingredient, almond cookies

3/4 cup of almond flour, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 cup of water add Stevia to taste for sweetening. You can also add Stevia. Sweetened chocolate chips
Mix together makes a nice smooth dough
Roll into ball than smash down.

Bake on 3:50 for 12 minutes
