Low Calorie SUGAR FREE Desserts that are High in Protein


Here is an idea for sugar free, low calorie desserts that are high in protein and basically delicious. They can be eaten everyday guiltfree. I was able to change angel food cake recipe into sugar free desserts! PRINTABLE RECIPE:

Ingredients Angel Food Cake
– 6 Egg whites (280 – 300g)
– ¾ teaspoons Cream of Tartar
– ½ cup sifted Cake Flour (60g)
– ½ tablespoon Water
– ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
– ½ cups of sugar (monkfruit) make sure is granular alternative (60g)
– ¼ teaspoon Salt

1.5 cup milk (2%) – 360 g
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup monkfruit – 40 g
2 tbs corn starch (sifted) – 30 g
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs heavy whipping cream (optional)
1 tsp cognac (optional)

– 280 g (1 cup/10 oz) frozen strawberries
– 8 tsp monkfruit sweetener (32 g/1.25 oz)
