Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry! 436 calories with 47g of protein!
One of my favourite stir fry recipes, meals like this are amazing for weight loss and it’s ready in minutes!
Macros per serving (2 servings total)
436 calories / 46g protein / 54g carbs / 4g fat
INGREDIENTS
For the shrimp:
• 450-500g shrimp (raw or pre cooked)
• 4 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 or 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 lemon juice (or lime)
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
For the stir fry:
• 1-2 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
• 1 red onion sliced thinly
• 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
• 1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced
• 100g broccoli
• 1-2 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tbsp dark & light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 250g cooked basmati rice (125g per serving)
• Garnish with sesame seeds (optional)
