when I was little my mom made potato salad that like your Dad's was the best. she cooked her potatoes addes mayo salt n pepper and drain the water from potatoes she always cooked them in a cast iron pot and she would crack her eggs and lay them on the potatoes and put the lid back on , the eggs cooked laying on top of the potatoes OH wow that brings back memories Thank Bobby for making this almost 60 yr old lady remember something from my childhood I haven't thought of in years, think I will make my mom's potato salad
