  1. Recently I've been living on this. I eat twice a day…lunch and dinner. And each time I have a big bowl of this along with some kind of protein…eggs or some fish. It's kept my stomach flat and I feel great. Salad, raw vegetables…has never been too good for my digestion. But this soup is awesome.

  2. Who wants to lose weight, just make a cabbage salad, cut thinly a cabbage, like "laces". Squeeze the cut cabbage until it kind of soft and gives out its juice. Put salt and pepper to your taste. Spread the cabbage with sliced fresh sweet tomatoes. Sprinkle it with a little bit of sunflower oil. Additional but optional: dill, parsley, and cilantro.
