Ingredients for Thai Red Curry Paste- (Makes 10 tsp paste in quantity)
8 to 10 – Dry Red Thai Chillies (Soak chillies for 15 minutes in water. Then Grind all ingredients to a fine Paste)
1 Medium – Finely Chopped Onion
2 tsp – Coriander Seeds
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
4 to 5 – Garlic Cloves
1 inch – Ginger/Galangal
6 to 8 – White Pepper Corns
Sea Salt to Taste
3 inch – Stalk/Stem of Lemongrass
