  1. Just made it and loved it. How simple. I used kale and escarole and added cannelloni beans , blended Fontina with Manchego, and added a dash of Vegeta for added oomph. I wasn't ready for how well the bread absorbed the broth making this much thicker. Wonderful!

  2. Does Lidia have any restaurants with these recipes and a delivery service because I can't tell you how much I wish I had a delicious meal like this for dinner. I love leeks and cheese. And lettuce soup I used to make it every spring but since have been quite ill so my home cooking time is down to making one dinner a week if I am lucky.
