  1. RECIPE (5-6 servings, 10min prep time):
    -1 cucumber
    -1/2 pointed cabbage
    Finely dice everything
    Dressing:
    -1 bunch parsley
    -1-2 cloves garlic
    -3 Tbsp olive oil
    -1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
    -1 lemon, juiced
    -salt and chili flakes to taste
    -a handful nuts (I used cashews)
    -a little water to thin
    Blend until creamy.
    Mix with the veggies and I served it with pita chips.

  2. I love when people casually state you can use parsley or basil. You get completely different flavors from parsley to basil or any other green herb you choose to try to use. It makes a huge difference. Parsley, taste, fresh and full of chlorophyll. Basil taste like licorice. Completely different and when using a handful I don’t know. I just pick one and make that the recipe.
