I tried making this recipe, and while it was very yummy (and oddly addicting) I must have done something wrong. It was more of a stewish/veggie pasta that could be eaten as a meal but makes a perfect side to EVERYTHING 🙂 Is it because I used dry green lentils? All of my liquid absorbed. I also used korean spicy paste called gochujang in place of tomato/pepper paste. Thanks Ken!

Great soup. Never had lentils with kritharaki before but will try. I must agree with you. I do not like lentils either but great source of iron and when your fasting, what else is there to eat.
