I just found in nature?️ (or maybe in a friend’s garden ??) a Lemongrass plant! It was there sitting and looking for me saying:”please cook me!” ?? I immediately remembered all the Thai ?? dishes that I had, and thought, it’s time for a Thai soup ?! So,
WHAT’S IN THERE? ?
45 mins ⏳
5 punched Lemongrass roots (to throw away after cooking) ??
1 spoon of minced Ginger
1 minced garlic ?
10 little tomatoes ?
7 champignons ?
Soya sauce
Lime juice ?
2 Spicy red pepper ?️
Half Eggplant ?
Vegetable broth
Olive oil ?
Salt.
LITTLE FUNNY ? FOOD FACT:
Did you know that there are maaaaany kinds of lemongrass?? Most of them are originally from Asia because they need tropical weather ?☀️?️! The variety that I used it is called Cymbopogon schoenanthus. It’s typical from Asia and northern Africa ? that’s why it is also called Camel Grass ??!
