ingredients:
Fresh Parsley chopped: 2 cup
Cucumber chopped: ½ cup
White onion chopped: ¼ cup
Tomato chopped: ¼ cup
Lemon: 1
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Yellow Burghul: ¼ cup

Dressing:
Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Cumin powder: ½ tsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
