Lasagna with Keto Noodles Recipe


We’re using a cheese-based dough to create keto-friendly noodles. Then we layer those with a meaty tomato sauce and a special cheese topping.

Meaty Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 medium yellow onion
20 ounces ground beef
3 tablespoons tomato paste
½ tablespoon dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup water

Keto pasta
8 large eggs
10 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons ground psyllium husk powder

Cheese topping
5 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 cups sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 ounces grated parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped fresh parsley

Nutrition Summary:
This makes a total of 6 servings of Lasagna with Keto Noodles. Each serving comes out to be 841.27 Calories, 61.68g Fats, 14.3g Net Carbs, and 51.5g Protein.

    Make those noodle sheets ANY size that suits you to fit your lasagna pan.
    I used to be the head chef at an Italian grill and would make 100 servings of lasagna on a weekend night.
    Of course, that was a LONG time ago (say 85 pounds ago since finding keto). 😉
