    Since you have shared an immunity booster laddoo.. I wanted to ask if we can use almonds with peeled skin.
    Badaam ka chilla hamesha nikaal ke use karna chaiye kyunki chilla nutrition absorb karne ki process ko kam karta hai. Agar badaam chilke ke saath use kiya jata hai to iska poora nutrition humein nahi mil pata
