  1. OMG Thats awesome. I love Wiener Schnitzel .There's a well known German Restaurant 20 min away that has delicious high end food. I just cant aford it all the time. This will be a game changer ,!! If I can get it right. Plus i have my own lemon butter White Sauce. Cant wait to try this! Thank you

I gave it all a gooooood mix but it didn't work out πŸ™ I couldn't break the bread up because it was too wet πŸ™ but I used edam cheese instead of parmesan cheese, maybe it was the problem πŸ™ and it was sticky so I STICK IT INTO my chicken breasts and fried it anyway:D it was delicious πŸ˜€ thank you

Just made this… oooohhh man, you can not tell at all that it's not coated in real breadcrumbs, drying them out for about 15 mins in the oven 175f/80c turned them perfectly dry and they coated/fried up just like regular breadcrumbs would! My fiancee is now going to be begging me to make this on the regular and I'm afraid I'm gonna have to comply willingly.

  6. Love the way you show your experiments (fry pan bashing and small food processor compared to the large one for crumbing, for example) and are honest about if your method or ingredients need to be improved. Your food passion shows through loud and clear.
