This keto vegetable pancakes is a completely vegetarian recipe. No egg no meat, and loads of vegetables. I think it is lovely because I prefer these vegetable pancakes to eating a salad in the winter. It is loaded with vegetables, warm and extremely satisfying. Add anything but the kitchen sink and you have a vitamin loaded dish. Pair it with eggs , meat, paneer or tofu and you are good to go. Try it out and let me know in the comments section. Happy Cooking!

  1. Hi Sonal,

    Thanks for sharing theses recipes.

    1. Do you always give your kids the same Keto diet that you eat or do you cook a separate meal for them?
    2. Since Keto is low in carb, do your kids readily accept the taste? Is it appealing to them?
    3. Are you completely on a Kiet diet?
    4. How do you manage your diet when you have to travel or eat out?
    5. Can you please share your experience of being on a Kiet diet?
    6. Have you noticed any changes in your overall health while on Keto?

  2. Hi Sonal! I am so excited I found your channel and recipe an hour ago! I just made this coconut veggie pancake and it turned out AWESOME!! It’s faster and easier than even the length of the video, so I hope others will try it. I added a lot of chopped micro greens, chopped spring onion greens, chopped mushrooms, grated cheddar cheese, a pinch red chilli powder instead of the pickle..and they turned out suuuuperb. I served it with green coriander chutney and yummm!
Thank you! Can’t wait to try more keto recipes from you. Can you suggest keto recipes with buckwheat flour, amaranth flour etc?
