    Leave it aside for 10 minutes then squeeze out all water from it

    Crush garlic and olive oil in a mortar and pestle

    Greek yoghurt + cucumber paste + the paste + chopped dil + salt + fresh black pepper + white wine vinegar + olive oil

Here are some favourites that lend themselves well to keto: Aubergine dip or “ melitzanosalata”, egg & lemon chicken soup “avgolemono”, stuffed cabbage rolls with avgolemono sauce, meatballs with feta served with tzatziki, spinach & feta pie “spanakopita”, stuffed aubergines with mince “melitzanes papoutsakia”, spring lamb with artichokes & avgolemono sauce, prawn saganaki, squid in wine sauce.
