Looks yummy. Here in the states we grew up on what we call tuna noodle casserole. Our family recipe was egg noodles, tuna, sauteed celery, and either a mushroomey white sauce or condensed cream of mushroom soup, and topped with crispy fried onions.
These days I do stick to salmon in place of tuna. Tuna is still an endangered species. Overfishing has increased after all the species protections have been rolled back, thanks to our Corporatist governments and their greedy patrons.
…plus tuna tends to have more pollutants than salmon due to much longer lives.
Ooh la la. That sounds good. I’ll have to make this.
