  1. This was a game changer for me, Iโ€™m just starting my keto journey and have recently found your channel. That cheese sauce is amazing. It would be great to know if any of your recipes can be frozen, my husband doesnโ€™t eat keto, so itโ€™s just me. I would love to be able do a meal prep on the weekends and freeze some meals for me to have throughout the week. So glad I found your channel ๐Ÿ’

  2. Looks yummy. Here in the states we grew up on what we call tuna noodle casserole. Our family recipe was egg noodles, tuna, sauteed celery, and either a mushroomey white sauce or condensed cream of mushroom soup, and topped with crispy fried onions.
These days I do stick to salmon in place of tuna. Tuna is still an endangered species. Overfishing has increased after all the species protections have been rolled back, thanks to our Corporatist governments and their greedy patrons.
…plus tuna tends to have more pollutants than salmon due to much longer lives.
