KETO TORTILLA MACROS (PER TORTILLA) RECIPE MAKES 5:

165 Calories

13g Fat
5g Carbs
3.5g Fiber
1.5g NET CARBS
6g Protein

1.5g NET CARBS

Xanthan Gum can be replaced on a 1:1 basis with Guar Gum.

You could also use Psyllium Husk, but you will need atleast 3x as much of it.

If you have a tree nut allergy use sunflower seed flour instead of almond flour….link to some is posted above.

  1. I do realize this is a year old video.
    I have made many varieties of GF tortillas. One of my favorites is simply peel, and chop up a medium yucca root, boil the chunks untill soft, peel, slice and mash a Green plantain. Blend the two to make a nice dough. Probably not low carb tho. I use a tortilla press and Parchment paper to make the tortillas. I will try your recipe too. 🙂 by the way, nice muscles 💪

  2. I was skeptical; I’m not going to lie. However, I just made them and I am so impressed. As a lifelong Texan and a huge fan of Tex-Mex, I am insanely happy about these!! I finally got to use my tortilla press!! They kind of remind me of rough homemade corn tortillas in texture and like a corn/flour tortilla in taste. I’m guessing if I pressed them then rolled them out a little bit they would work for enchiladas.
