Keto Tortillas or Keto Naan? It’s both!! It’s basically a Keto flatbread made with almond flour. Now I’ve already done a recipe for a Keto naan/tortilla using coconut flour a few years ago.
And might I add that the video has crossed over 1 million views!!! As with each of these recipes that use coconut flour, the first question I get is ‘Can this be made with almond flour?’. And that is why I decided to just go ahead and make this recipe.

Watch the coconut flour version here:

So whether you have almond flour in your pantry or coconut flour, you can now enjoy this delicious Keto flatbread.

  1. Yum yum yummmm! Been experimenting with almond flour a lot recently and was thinking of getting some of the good ol' husk. Gonna go order some and make these soon 🤘💖💖💖 Great to see you back again Pops! Lol I actually recently saw him on an ad somewhere 😁

  2. Recommend a rolling pin cover cloth and/or pastry cloth. When dealing with sticky doughs it saves work and carbs as you don’t require nearly as much dusting flour during the rollout. You can make your own, of course, but they’re easy to find on any kitchen gadget site and often under $10 as a set.

  3. Ohhhohohhhhhhhohhhhh yes. Im making Lamb Shanks curry for big family gathering for mothers day.. & im gonna use this recipe.. & im gonna use the left over fresh corriander (yes we Asians live for the corriander it is heavenly), & i can guarantee you there will be absolutely no jibber jabber at the table once the taste buds have been fully engaged. Then… your keto version of Nigellas chocolate mousse.. Thank you for all your efforts! : ))
