PART 2: Easy Keto Dinner Recipes using a Rotisserie Chicken
When you are short on time, consider using a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store to make some easy keto dinner meals. These keto chicken taquitos can be made with just a few simple ingredients – many of these you may already have on hand. So on your way home from work, pick up a rotisserie chicken from the deli and you’ll have a keto dinner on the table in minutes.

These keto taquitos are made using low carb tortillas. If you are trying to be gluten free as well, try coconut wraps. They are gluten free and keto friendly. I use coconut wraps by NuCo and purchase mine from Thrive Market. *******************************************************************************

  1. Thank you very much for this recipe. It is delicious and very satisfying. The only thing I changed was that I sautéd some onion, then added the chicken, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper into the mix before filling the low carb tortillas. I appreciate your time and your cooking 🙏 I will be making them again soon!!

  2. Not really Keto. Tortillas may be low carb but still they are high carb. Better make own tortillas out of coconut or almond flour, that's REAL KETO. If you don't believe me look at the macros for " LOW CARB TORTILLAS" and will see the numbers won't qualify it as Keto. Just saying!

  3. I am trying these. I have tried many keto recipes on You Tube and none of them have really tasted good to me. I am tiired of wasting money on recipes that don't taste like anything. What else could be done to this recipe to enhance the taste and flavor. I was raised by a southern mother who cooked with flavor. So I know what food should taste like, these keto recipes are not getting it for me.

  4. This is legit my favorite recipe you have posted especially during my detox so thank you so much. I am a new mom and when my son turned 7 months, I noticed my FUPA (Fatty Upper Pubic Area) was still there, so visible when I wear dresses and jeans, pfft forget about jeans, they didn’t even fit me. For all my mommies who are struggling with this stubborn piece of fat that just won’t go away, I made a homemade detox tea recipe that has helped me with cleansing my colon and body by getting rid of old toxins and salt. Oh, and it helps with bloating and regulating menstrual cycle. My son is 10 months now and I only take it 4x a month and I have literally lost about 7lbs a month with my detox tea and your yummy recipes.
