1/2 cup melted salted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Just less than 2 cups Blanched almond flour
1/2 cup Confectioners Swerve
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/3 cup natural no sugar added peanut butter

Chocolate coating:

Heaping 1 1/4 cup keto friendly chocolate chips
1 1/2 Tbsps. Refined coconut oil

  2. I'm looking for alternatives to always using coconut flour and almond flour all the time. Will you please do more recipes with lupine flour and other non-nut alternative flowers? Coconut flour has too many limits as far as baked good structure goes and almond flour causes me issues if I use it too much. Trying to get away from the nuts. I'm already using flaxseed for things like tortillas and roti, but seeds also have their limits as far as structure goes. Can't go much further than a flatbread with them or a cracker.
