WE ARE MAKING KETO SUSHI! IT’S AN EASY KETO APPETIZER RECIPE USING CAULIFLOWER RICE!!
Sushi was probably one of foods I missed the most when I started the keto diet. Then I discovered, keto sushi!! Thanks to Carolyn Ketchum’s book Easy Keto Dinners which has a recipe for a keto sushi bowl, I was inspired to make cauliflower sushi! Specifically keto California Rolls!
This recipe is a no rice sushi recipe. It uses cauliflower rice instead of no rice or regular rice. But it doesn’t have that gross cauliflower taste. When you mix the riced cauliflower with some rice vinegar and sesame oil, it tastes like real sushi rice!
This is an easy keto recipe! I can make this in less than 30 minutes. I plan on making these for New Year’s Eve and serve them as a keto appetizer. So next time you are craving keto japanese food, just use this recipe to make some keto sushi rolls!

KETO SUSHI RECIPE
Bag of cauliflower rice, cooked
1 teaspoon vinegar
3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 can crab meat
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
