  1. I made this bread 3 different times and each time I’ve followed the instructions. I’ve wasted money buying the same ingredients from different brands and each time my bread still comes out doughy and raw in the middle and I put it in the oven on 350 f for 25 minutes every time.

  2. Are you sure your using the right ingredients i did exactly the same thing and my mixture came out pretty liquid not like yours can't even form the bread I had to use some hotdogs containers to do it, I don't think your using 4oz of almond flour. Your using way more.

  3. No. I have tried this recipe twice and both times my rolls barely rise, are still undercooked after 25 to 30 minutes, and are a dark bluish color instead of a dark brown. I bought every ingredient aside from salt and egg whites from amazon. Something just isn't right.

  4. My rolls didn't come out and now I know why. You have 4 ounces listed for the Almond flour, but another reader asked about it and you told them to use 1 1/4 cups. 4 oz is only 1/2 cup. Could you please update your recipe for everyone. There is a BIG difference in 4 ounces and 1 1/4 cups. Thank you for the recipe. I will try making with 1 1/4 cup of almond flour next time. Question, can you sub the psyllium husk powder…its too expensive to waste. Thanks so much.

  5. I am about to make this recipe! I am so excited (I am going to use the rolls for a NY-style "chopped cheese sandwich" which I will serve with jicama fries)! I am a little confused by the 4 ounces of almond meal. Do you mean I should weigh out the almond meal with a scale or measure a 1/2 cup of almond meal. As you are probably well aware, these two measurements are not the same. Thank you!!!
