Ingredients
Grated paneer – 200 gm
Grated cheese – 100 gm
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Capsicum – 5 mid sized
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add grated paneer, grated cheese, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Cut the capsicum in halves and stuff each half with this mixture. Sprinkle chilli flakes. Bake at 150 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. Garnish with chilli flakes if desired and serve.
