Hello everyone.
Today there is a recipe
Keto Steamed stuffed bun, hight of protein, no flour, no sugar, come for you.

Ingredients (seasoning to your liking)
270 g Minced pork
3 Coriander roots
1 tsp Ground pepper
1 Egg
1/3 tsp Xanthan gum
1-2 Tbsp Kikkoman Sauce
Stevia syrup,as your like
Boiled eggs (optional)

170 g Egg white
2 Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
25 g Erythritol
2 tbsp Coconut flour
1/2 tsp Xanthan gum

During steaming, the lid should be opened and closed frequently. Don’t let the buns become too puffed up. The texture is not smooth and beautiful.

*If you choose to steam (medium heat) only
It will take about 25 minutes.

!! But there is a risk that the inside of the bun won’t be cooked, take a good look.

**Recommended to do 2 steps.
1. Steam from the outside first about 12 minutes.
2. Microwave 15-20 seconds at a time, about 3-4 times.
3. The bun recipe can make 6 pieces / minced pork filling can make 2 recipes
4. If you can’t eat it all, keep the freezer compartment and heat it in the microwave.

  1. Wow thank you for this. I came up with my own recipe using a blend of baking powder and coconut flour to get a really fluffy rise and the texture was close but not Quite. The taste also wasn't quite what I wanted, but again – very close…impossible to put filling in because the dough was only firm enough to hold in a ball shape but not fold into a dumpling. This looks much much better. Will be trying this on the weekend!
