KETO SNICKERS BARS
Make your own keto + low-carb snickers bars WITHOUT any maltitol, isomalt, or other high-carb polylol / sugar-alcohol that I used in my past recipe for sugar-free snickers bars (I made that one way back before I knew much about keto desserts!). This recipe uses my new allulose keto caramel recipe, plus an easy dummy-version of keto nougat, plus keto chocolate and peanuts.

Personal Update:
Thank you guys so much for being patient with me this summer, I’ve just moved to a Los Angeles, CA and have been a bit crazy finding a new day job and place to live, plus all the other moving craziness. I’ll be back to my normal weekly schedule now that I’m settled!

  1. DON'T PUT THAT MUCH ERYTHRITOL!!! I've maid this and let me say I am a bit disappointed ☹️ I used only half cup of erythritol with the peanut butter layer and the cold sensation took over the whole bar and I feel burning sensation down my through after every bite ☹️ I donnu how to get over this taste and enjoy it! Any advice?

  2. Flax seed, coconut, wheat germ, fresh ground peanut butter, coconut oil, protein powder, cinnamon, hemp, chia seeds and some vanilla. Spoon a tbsp in a mold. This is my version of a fat bomb, try to only eat 2 or 3 a day, with my OMAD is this ok?
