RECIPE:
Sausage Queso
1 pound sausage
1 can Rotel (undrained)
1 8oz Block of Cream Cheese
Brown sausage, add Rotel and cream cheese until hot and melted. Serve with pork rinds or as a topping on chicken, beef, steak, or vegetables.

Sausage Balls
1 pound sausage
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Large Egg
Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer until smooth and well combined. Roll into 1 Tbls balls. Place on a sprayed sheet pan and bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160.
