  1. Cajun here. Looks delicious however, Chipotle is not a historically Cajun seasoning, that would be Cayenne pepper. Neither are lime, nor cilantro. We do use cumin occasionally, but to finish this off we would more likely use a Tabasco sauce or Cajun Power (garlic) sauce. Gonna try this tonight with the modified seasoning!
