Alright, it’s day 2. Let’s do this! Today we are using leftover turkey burgers to make a tasty salad. This is also a meal I will occasionally have for dinner for those nights I’m short on time. It’s a great way to reinvent leftovers and maximize your food budget. I forgot to include the roasted pecans that I made in the video but you can watch it with the link below. It is so easy and affordable to make your own roasted nuts. I always sip on my keto coffee while making dinner and tonight’s dinner is grilled chicken with veggie cauliflower rice.

  1. I loved the chicken recipe. I tweaked it a bit. Hopefully not bad. To the yellow and red peppers I added a veggie mixture I had on hand, of kale, bok choy, broccoli and a couple sweet peas. And riced cauliflower. I also added lime juice and Tajin spice. It was amazing. Thanks so much.

  2. Yesterday I did my weigh in and measured everything, more than what I did last time I did the Atkins life style, even my head and feet.🤣🤣.
    I started today tracking my carbs. I'm using the carb manager app. Love that and it's scanning capability.
    I'm used to having two meals sometimes small snack and 1 big meal. We eat early so we're done by 6:00.
    I'm so loving this though and so happy The Good Lord put you in our lives.

Started yesterday but today and tomorrow I am fasting so will keep track of all the recipes you post. Doing an entire month of sporadic fasting and clean 30 keto.   4. I have been keto for 2 years. Keto flu is no joke. I don't think it gets emphasized enough. Some systems are heart palpitations, confusion, muscle weakness, and panic attacks. Everyone is different. I needed more magnesium, but others may need more potassium or sodium. Do your research, it will save you from a lot of distress.
