Low carb crock pot chicken thighs are super easy and delicious.

***************************************

1 package boneless skinless thighs
1 package bone in skin on thighs
Seasoning of choice
Crock Pot

Rinse and clean chicken

Place boneless, skinless on the bottom of the crockpot

Add the skin side up thighs on top

Season the skin generously and thoroughly

Cover crock pot and turn on low for 6 hours

Take chicken out and shred meat to use for tacos salad, chicken salad, quesadillas or more

Strain the broth and use as stock

Put the cooked skins in the air fryer for 7 minutes to crisp
