Makes 2 Slices

Nutritional Information per 2 Slices:
Cal: 231 | Net Carb: 0g | Fibre: 8g | Total Carbs: 3g | Fat: 18g | Protein: 8g

Ingredients:
The whites of 1 whole Egg, at room temperature
5g/1 tsp Mayonnaise
15g/1 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Sweetener
½ tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Almond Flour/1 tbsp Coconut Flour/2 tbsp Ground Parmesan Cheese
½ tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
½ tsp Water

Optional Extra (¼ tsp): Chia Seeds, Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds.
