This is a beautiful dish that combines elements of earthy peanuts, acidic citrus, and umami; finishing off with a slightly sweet and spice from the chili. If you’re a fan of Asian style peanut sauces (think satay), then you’ll love this dish. Plus, it sits at just under four net carbs per serving!

What can I add instead of Chicken Stock? This looks amazing and I really want to make it. Thanks.
I love all things Thai. I’d eat a rubber boot if it was cooked this way. 🥾
I'm cooking this tonight, the sauce tastes amazing. Charcoal BBQ with rotating satay chicken skewers.
Wow! This looks delicious! Thank you!
I have been thinking about making thai chicken!
Lowest net carbs peanut butter will work? Or a specific type for this recipe?
I'm sure this is delicious but orange juice and soy sauce aren't really keto – will be trying when I eventually go low carb
The Thai style Peanut chicken is very creative nice job.
Looks tasty! Mixing in a shallow mason jar made me super anxious though haha.
This looks AMAZING! 👍
Looks delicious and low carb, but high proteine. I don't see that containing 75% fat though, so you better serve it with a stick of butter or something. Or don't call it keto.
