Try this Keto Baked Sausage and Biscuit Recipe for an easy low carb breakfast! These Keto Almond Flour Biscuits are combined with cooked breakfast sausages for a high protein low carb breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
BISCUIT
1 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 tbsp Frozen Butter
2 Egg Whites

SAUSAGE AND GRAVY
2 Breakfast Sausage
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt, To taste
1/2 cup Half N Half
Olive Oil

PROCEDURE
In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, then grate the frozen butter into the mixture. In a separate bowl, beat 2 egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the flour mixture.

In a large skillet, brown the sausage, over medium heat, then set aside. Us same oil, add xanthan gum, continue stirring for 3 minutes until lightly browned.

Wisk in the chicken stock, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to simmer and thicken for about 5 mins. Then whisk in the half N half continue to simmer for 3 minutes, until the gravy is thick and creamy.

Stir in the cooked sausage into the gravy, then remove from the heat.

Preheat the oven to 375°F degrees. Pour the sausage with the gravy into a baking pan. Scoop the biscuit mixture on top of the gravy. Bake 18-20 mins until bubbly and the biscuits are browned.
