These pancakes are quite large and fluffy. In this video I show you how to fry or use the microwave method.

Serves 4

Nutritional Information/Pancake:
Cal: 242| Net Carb: 2g | Fibre: 3g | Total Carbs: 5g | Fat: 20g | Protein: 9g

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
14g/ ½ tbsp Salted Butter, melted
½ tsp Vanilla
70g/2 ½ tbsp Keto Maple Syrup
112g/ 1cup Almond Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
