  1. I made this cheesecake yesterday and followed the option of making it in a 9” springform in a waterbath.Well unfortunately I should of adjusted the time (20 min was not enough). My cheesecake was not ready:(. I had a feeling it wasn’t ready so I turned the oven off and left it inside the oven for another hour. I thought that would be enough but today when I took it out of the fridge the consistent wasn’t right 😭 I wish the video would of specified that if you used 9” springform you needed more time! I’m writting this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  2. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol means it comes out of a lab as all sugar alcohols with the ending ol do. Only Stevia without Erythritol is pure natural the same goes for Monk fruit. Yes sugar alcohols are better then splenda and aspartame but some people gets diarrhea from sugar alcohol

  3. I made a half batch of these today but with Raspberries and my husband said they taste just like cheesecake! I used Lakanto Gold in the base and Lakanto plain in the Cheescake, though I might use a little less next time and add more lemon juice. Having said that this was so easy to make and so so so delicious 😋
