*Do note most of the carb count is from the veggies, so omit some of them if you wish to lower the count.

Ingredients:
Keto Chicken Pot Pie Filling:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Onion, finely diced
110g Bacon/Pancetta
30g Broccoli, diced
30g Zucchini, diced
30g Cauliflower, diced
50g Green Beans, diced
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
30g Butter
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
500g Chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
60ml Marsala or white wine (optional)
125ml Chicken Stock
½ cup Sour Cream/Crème Fraiche
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 tsp Xanthan Gum

Keto Pie Topper/Pastry:
1 cup/96g Almond Flour
5 tbsp/40g Coconut Flour
½ tsp Xanthan Gum
¼ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Lemon Zest (add after sifting dry ingredients)
3.5oz/100g cold Butter
¼ cup/55g Cream Cheese cold
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Egg Wash (1 egg, 2 tbsp water)
