Here we present 4 low carb pasta sauces to go with the beautiful keto pasta on out channel. We tried to get the carb count as low as possible without compromising on taste…and they are all delicious!

Keto Tex Mex Pasta Sauce
Serves 6

Shopping List:
2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Onion, chopped
1/3 cup Celery, chopped
1/3 cup Bell Peppers, chopped
1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
1.5 lbs/680g Ground Meat
ยพ cup of Melโ€™s Golden Mushroom Soup (optional)
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Mexican Spice (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 cups Cheese, grated

Chilli Fixings Rotel Tomatoes:
1 can Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp Onion Powder
ยฝ tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
