Need a sweet fix in minutes? We show you how to make a simple mousse, adding great flavours to make it delicious.

Serves 1 and we show you how to make 4

Nutritional Information per Serving (Base Ingredients):
Cal: 167.5 | Net Carb: 1.5g | Fibre: 0g | Total Carbs: 1.5g | Fat: 17.5g | Protein: 1.25g

Base Ingredients for 1 Serving
ΒΌ cup Heavy Cream
ΒΌ – Β½ tsp Powdered Sweetener (we used Monkfruit)

Base Ingredients for 4 Servings:
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 tbsp Powdered Sweetener (we used Monkfruit)

If you are making 4 servings of 1 flavour please multiply the below flavours by 4.

Choose your Flavours – Serves 1:
Strawberry Chocolate: (additional 0.8g carbs)
1 piece 80-90% Lindt Chocolate
10g Strawberries

Raspberry White Chocolate: (additional 3g carbs)
1 tbsp Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
10g Raspberries

Lemon Blueberry: (additional 1g carbs)
1 tsp Lemon Extract
1/8 tsp Yellow Food Colour
10g Blueberries

Blackberry Vanilla: (additional 1g carbs)
ΒΌ tsp Vanilla Paste
2.5 Blackberries

  1. You seem lovely & although these may be keto, sweetners are carcinogenic & neurotoxins. They should be labelled POISON. Health must come before keto. Sweetners are even worse than sugar.
    Thank you for the recipe ideas. I will leave the sweetner out & enjoy the sweetness of the berries. Maybe even crush for example a some berries through the cream.
