  1. Victoria, I have a Praise report for you! I made the pumpkin "puffins" from Kristi Davis' channel and subbed your self-raising flour for the Duncan Hines Keto cake mix she used, I added 1/3 cup of pure and they are amazing.
I made mini muffins so they are like pumpkin pie vitamins.

  2. Whenever I bake custards such as pumpkin pie or quiche, I use this bit of wisdom from Google and it has NEVER let me down: "When you give the pie a gentle nudge, there should still be a bit of movement in the middle: look for a jiggle, but not sloshing liquid. A knife inserted about an inch from the center should come out clean. You could also use an instant-read thermometer to check if the filling has reached 170°F." I use a instant read thermometer and take out at 170-175 degrees. It may NOT look fully cooked in the center, but it should only look a little bit of "underdone" in the center. It will continue to cook a little on the counter before it starts cooling. The filling is super creamy and not overdone. Almond flour crusts are tough, especially if sweetened with allulose. Keto baking is NOT easy y'all!!!

  3. V, when I was a company long-haul Trucker they would put our "handle" on the driver's door. So I put JOHN 3:17. So many other drivers said they knew 3:16 but not 3:17 and ask me what it was. Even though am now retired, still say this prayer for every semi-truck that passes my personal vehicle." Father please bless the driver according to Your will, plan and purpose for their life. And if they have not been reborn, call them into repentance and baptize them in the Holy Spirit." Always hope my prayer is in agreement with another prayer for them.

  4. I have really come to look forward to your videos. I am still relatively new to keto and I'm so thankful that your recipes are so easy. I look forward to everyone one of them. I made the biscuits and gravy the other night and my non keto eating husband loved them. SO, thank you and God bless your hands, your heart and your home.
