Keto Pumpkin Pie! Using a traditional recipe!

1 can Pumpkin
ONLY! 14oz keto Condensed milk not the entire 2 cups! ⬇

2 eggs
1/2 cup keto brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350 for 50 minute

Have LOOSE foil over entire baking time! Remember shiny side up!

It may be jiggly when finished but it solidifies after it cools for several hours.

I recommend refrigeration before eating.

  1. Victoria, I have a Praise report for you! I made the pumpkin "puffins" from Kristi Davis' channel and subbed your self-raising flour for the Duncan Hines Keto cake mix she used, I added 1/3 cup of pure and they are amazing.
    I made mini muffins so they are like pumpkin pie vitamins.

Whenever I bake custards such as pumpkin pie or quiche, I use this bit of wisdom from Google and it has NEVER let me down: "When you give the pie a gentle nudge, there should still be a bit of movement in the middle: look for a jiggle, but not sloshing liquid. A knife inserted about an inch from the center should come out clean. You could also use an instant-read thermometer to check if the filling has reached 170°F." I use a instant read thermometer and take out at 170-175 degrees. It may NOT look fully cooked in the center, but it should only look a little bit of "underdone" in the center. It will continue to cook a little on the counter before it starts cooling. The filling is super creamy and not overdone. Almond flour crusts are tough, especially if sweetened with allulose. Keto baking is NOT easy y'all!!!
