1 1/2 cups 165 grams My Cakes & Cookies All-Purpose Flour!
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup allulose
1 cup NOT THE CAN pumpkin puree DO NOT PACK! But 3/4 cup is better!
1/2 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup water
Bake 350 for 60 minute
After 35 minutes cover loosly with foil till the end
Gluten free Low carb & Sugar free

Hello I enjoy your wonderful recipes. Question: why do many packages of oat fiber have a net carbohydrate of one , per teaspoon. ? There are 48 teaspoons in a cup so even one half cup of oat fiber is too much for many pre diabetics on keto. Thanks for your response.

Hi 👋 well I tried this recipe today and I have to use both salt and baking powder substitutes so I’m not sure if it affected the result but after an hour the bread was still mushy and I baked another half hour but still not bread like. Plus one cup of allulose was not at all sweet tasting to me. For me personally, I won’t make again 😢. But I will try your other recipes soon. Thanks 😊

I am clearly doing something wrong with my flour, but I have no idea what. I am following your instructions exactly. This came out wet and gummy, much like the chocolate cake. It had a nice rise and the flavor was delicious, but it was soggy and dense, even after cooling completely. I know others have had success with this recipe, so I’m just stumped at where I’m going wrong. Maybe Im not mixing the flour ingredients together well enough or maybe I shouldn’t have sifted the dry ingredients for the flour, I’m just not sure. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am also on a Keto diet to loose weight but mainly for health. My husband is type 2 diabetic and is doing the diet with me. The one thing I knew I would miss is baking. I cannot tell you how much money I have spent on "Keto" products that everyone loved and I tried them and did not like any of them. From stomach issues and raising blood sugar levels. I am going to purchase the products I don't already have to mix up these flours and if they are as good as everyone says I will be over the moon happy. I do not expect any diet item to taste as good as one made with carbs and sugar but i want to get as close as I can. I have subscribed to your channel and I hope to see more baking recipes in the future.

My 9 year old grandson asked me for the Magnolia chocolate chip cookie recipe that you posted. He shared them at school and his friend asked him to bring the recipe so his Mom could make them because they are gluten free. Everyone in my family loved the cookies. What kind of oil did you use?
Really wonderful, but I can’t use Allulose or Erythritol. I get gastric upset. I can only use stevia drops.

I have had some problems with allulose getting a little burny taste at 350˚. I have seen 340˚ suggested instead. Have you ever run into this problem? Does your oven run a little cool?
